The Practice of Hatha Yoga is the perfect program for anyone curious about yoga but doesn’t know where to begin. In 5 days, participants will learn from the very beginning exactly how to start implementing a yoga practice into their daily lives. We will be focusing on joint mobility, beginner asanas, breathwork, easy meditation techniques, and more.

At the end of the program, you will feel confident and empowered in beginning your journey solo in the practice of Hatha Yoga.

Students to bring their own mat and towel for practice.
