Description
One of the most beneficial postures in all of Yoga is the Headstand. While it may seem daunting to attempt, there is a technique involved. In this 5 day course, we will learn to enter, hold and exit out of a Headstand with ease. Each session, we will spend 20-30 minutes exploring Headstand and it’s variations.
All days will be preceded by 20 minutes of robust, invigorating, and cleansing breathwork designed to maximize VO2 max, increase aerobic threshold, improve overall performance, and awaken the mind-breath connection.
