Daily Practice is the perfect program for anyone experienced in Yoga and wants to take it to the next level. We will be focusing on intense breathwork, upper level alignment instruction, challenging flows, inversion and strength training, and closing each class with meditation.

At the end of each class you will feel confident and empowered knowing you’re getting the absolute maximum out of your Yoga practice.

How does the Practice work?

Opening Breathing Practice

Controlled, short-term breathing practice designed to hype-oxygenate the body, purify the blood, and reset lower brain function. Priming the body and mind for practice.

Mobility Work

For each class, there will be a focus. Mobility Work brings awareness of the respective body part we are working on for that class.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Surya Namaskar A and B

Surya Namaskar Vinyasa A and B have 9 and 17 postures, respectively. These progressions have enormous nuance beyond simply memorizing what comes after next. We will focus on different aspects of each progression every day.

Vinyasa Flows

Vinyasa is a way of sequencing postures in a pattern that harmonizes the body with the breath. These flows will challenge you and bring out the best in your willpower.

Strength Training

While Yoga is not about building muscle, it is very much about making the body prepared for long periods of meditation. In order to achieve this, the body must be strong and resilient to challenges.


Peak Pose Preparations

We all have desires and ways in which we see ourselves living our best life. What does that look like for you? Throughout the week, there will be time dedicated to understanding those desires and how best we can achieve them.

About the Trainer

Hello, I am Brent

For the past 12 years, I’ve witnessed the countless, life-changing benefits that can come from the practice of Yoga. I was 17 years old when I participated in my very first Yoga class at a music camp. That class would redirect the trajectory of my life.

In New York City, I couldn’t get enough of exploring the different styles and methodologies. My path towards one-pointed focus was multi-faceted – Bikram, Kundalini, Jivamukti, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin – I loved all of it. The more I practiced, the more I began to witness the foundations of my being starting to shift. A call of becoming a teacher started to call out to me, yet I knew, deep down, I needed to invest further into my own maturity before offering the practice to others.

Some years later, at 29 years old, my life’s path took me to India to begin a new life. The opportunity to become a certified teacher in India presented itself once again. This time, I would heed the call.

I began my studies at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, founded by the late Shri Yogendra Chowk, in hopes of attaining my basic instructor certification. Post graduation, I began work immediately on pursuing my advanced certification.
