This 7-part series focuses all around Vinyasa A – a beginner level sequence that wakes up all the joints and muscles, while coordinating breath with movement. Each position is either an inhale or an exhale – through the nose. Through all the postures, pulling your stomach in is of utmost importance as it stabilises your body and improves posture.
